Well Happy New Year everyone.
I sure hope things are going well with you . I started this year off with a bulged disc in my back I hoping to have it taken care of without surgery time will tell . Today I felt pretty good hope this will keep up . I think that I will work on things like Paper work filling so I don't over do and start hurting again anyway not much going on here.
